Delivery

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM on the same day.

Delivery is for all items within Netherlands for free . Delivery to Belgium and Germany we count 3.95 euros shipping costs . Delivery is via PostNL parcel delivery.

Do you place an order on the weekend and the product is in stock? Then we will ship this on Monday.

In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to the COVID-19.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the shipment.

Return

Delivery of defective product
You have received your order and immediately find out that the product is damaged and/or has not been delivered completely. We call this “delivery of faulty product” and we believe that requires a quick solution.
The easiest way is to contact us by phone. Sometimes we can fix the defect immediately. If that is not possible, we ask you to return the product. We will then send you a return label so that you can return the product. After receiving the returned product, we will send a new product.

Return (cooling off period)
At Scannum you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 30 days after delivery of the product. If you decide not to keep the item, you may return the product within that period. The return label is for your own expense.
If you return the product within the cooling-off period, Scannum will refund the purchase price within 10 working days. The condition for this is that the returned product must be in new condition and must have been received by Scannum in its original and undamaged packaging.

NB: Please write the following on the box: Name – Return #order number. This way your return will be processed faster.

We would like to receive a message if you have sent the product or, preferably, the track & trace code of the shipment, so that we can track it.
